1. Limitations of use

4.2. Termination of listings

Any listing may be terminated by the network for any reason or no reason at all without any notice to you or permission from you or anybody else.

4.3. Who can ask for termination of listings

Any representative of a company listed on any of the network's web sites may request termination and removal of any of that company's listings from any and/or all of the network's web sites. Any such person shall be required to prove that he or she is indeed a representative of that company. The proof required shall be determined on a case by case basis by the network.
